§Before you join

Most of the questions we receive are already answered here in the Knowledge Base. Please take a moment to look through it first: you'll often find the solution right away, and it keeps our volunteers available for the problems that truly need them.

§Getting help in the server

If you couldn't find an answer, or you'd like to report a bug or share a suggestion, we're happy to help. When you post your question, include as much detail as you can, such as what you were trying to do, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. The more context you provide, the faster our team can help you.
