This is a common error users experience when trying to connect their Roblox account. Follow the instructions below to resolve the issue.

§Roblox Account Age

Navigate to your Roblox settings. Under "Personal", your account age should match your real birthday. If it does not, check if your account is 13+. This can be viewed in the top right corner of the screen next to your name and avatar.

If your birthday is set incorrectly, you have three options:

• Use another account with the correct birthday
• Wait until the account reaches a 13+ status
• If you are under 18 years old, have your parent contact Roblox support to correct your birthday

§Country Restrictions

If your birthday is set correctly and your account is 13+, this error may appear due to restrictions in your country. Check the list below for the country you live in. You will need to be that age to use RoVer.

13+: Any country not listed below

14+: Austria, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Ecuador, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Macedonia, South Korea, Spain, Ukraine
